Cox's Bazar Triathletes served as official Rescue Partner for the 3rd Kutubdia Channel Swimming 2025 — manning the rescue boats as 15 brave swimmers tackled one of Bangladesh's most turbulent open-water crossings.
11 of 15 swimmers completed the crossing. The Kutubdia Channel is perpetually rough — currents ran completely opposite to the previous edition. All 15 starters were experienced open-water swimmers. The 4 who did not finish gave everything until the very last moment. Coming up: Moheshkhali Channel Swimming 2026 — start preparing for long-distance open water.
